About Innersource
Innersource is the home of Donna Eden's Energy Medicine, David Feinstein's Energy Psychology Interactive, and their other programs for living more consciously and more joyfully, the Conscious Living Series.
The term INNERSOURCE traces to a highly successful and widely acclaimed program David, a psychologist, produced in 1986, showing people how to identify and transform the deep guiding personal myths that shape their lives. The word "Innersource" emphasizes that profound sources of guidance and wisdom lie within. When Donna and David began to collaborate professionally in the 1990s, they realized that the term fit Donna's work as well. The body's energies are our wellspring, our deepest source of health, vitality, and renewal. Donna and David have been using the term ever since to describe their individual as well as collaborative ventures.
Innersource programs and publications are in the areas of Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology, health, holistic health, healing, alternative healing, alternative medicine, complementary medicine, mythology, personal growth, spiritual development, relationships, rituals, death and dying, and conscious living.
