I have extensive training in understanding languages your energetic and spirit body speak – guiding you towards deeper healing and Wholeness with yourself. By gathering tools needed for what you want to address, we use innate intelligence, physical and energetic resources, life experience and wisdom in a relaxed and safe space, buoyed by love, joy and compassion. <p>Throughout my life I have been oriented to holistic living and seeking out the things hidden from view.  After learning meditation at an early age, it opened my eyes and heart to the more subtle energies that exist in our bodies and our world.  Once I got a taste of this my life has been discovering ways to play with this energy that is all around us.  I  have been blessed with being able to learn with so many great teachers over the decades.   Let's see what we can uncover together.  </p>
