As part of our human energy system, the Electrics are responsible for grounding us and for holding the correct polarity of every cell in the body. They carry the flow of energy around the body and determine our available vitality or life-force.

• Physically; they are involved in every function of our body.
• Emotionally; they are the most intimate part of the heart system.
• Spiritually; their role within the Basic Grid system mean they are deeply linked to our spiritual or soul expression.

In short, the electrics hold the lock and the key (and the receptor cells) to our optimal health and vitality.

At a time when the Earth’s electrical energy is undergoing both subtle and dramatic shifts, many of us are experiencing shifts in our own electrical energy. For many people, being deeply grounded is increasingly challenging. And without this fundamental electrical energy restoration, our health can become severely compromised. Learning how to reconfigure our own electrics even as the Earth is reconfiguring her own Electrics is of paramount importance as we continue to evolve at this time of transition and change.

Cost:
The cost is $145 (£95) and includes a healthy buffet lunch.

In this one day class, Prune will be sharing understandings on the Electrics energy system from the scientific and energetic paradigms. We will be exploring how the Electric system functions, how it becomes impaired, what happens when it is impaired and how it can be rebalanced. This class will involve learning new ways to work with the Electrics system so please bring a massage couch/yoga mat and a blanket for warmth.
